Town of Salem 1:

Please follow the instructions hereNote: If you do not remember your ToS1 username - go here where you can request a password reset, which will send you an email that addresses you by your username. If you subsequently do not change your password, your password will stay the same.

Town of Salem 2:

Please navigate to the in-game settings menu & select ‘Delete Account’.

Town of Salem 2:

The category for your suspension or ban should be displayed in the pop-up message you receive in game informing you that you are suspended or banned. The duration of your suspension is displayed in the same pop-up message in game & if there is no duration shown then it means you were permanently banned. If you would like the specifics of what led to a ToS2 (NOT ToS1) suspension or ban please reach out to us via Discord through a ModMail ticket or our support email ([email protected]) & make sure you have provided your in-game username. Note that there is a limit to what we are able to share regarding your moderation to protect reporters & the integrity of the reporting & moderation system. At this time users can only request an appeal of a suspension or ban for Town of Salem 2 if they truly think there has been a mistake regarding the suspension/ban - as moderation is handled internally & not a Trial System (like ToS1 is).

Game Rules

The game rules for Town of Salem games can be found herePlease note that it is your responsibility to read & understand the rules of the Town of Salem games. As stated, the suspension tier list may be escalated in cases of severe misconduct.

You must do so through the in-game shop for the respective game.

If you change your ToS1 username through the in-game shop it does not automatically update it on the forums. Please contact us via Discord through a ModMail ticket or our support email ([email protected]) & provide your previous & new in-game account username. Once an admit is able to confirm your name change they will update it on the forums & your access using your current ToS1 username should resume.

If you still have access to your registered email address, you can change your email address hereIf you no longer have access to your registered email address, please reach out to us via Discord through a ModMail ticket or our support email ([email protected]) & provide us with a screenshot of a purchase receipt that includes the time, date, product you purchased, total price and transaction/order ID. Don’t forget to include your username. Be mindful that without all of this information, we cannot process your request.

Please file an in-game report so that ToS moderators and/or judges are able to properly review the report. Remember to please file proper in-game reports - correct category with a description (like including which in-game day/night cycle the offence occurred). This greatly assists with the reporting process. We appreciate your time & consideration to help keep the community in line with the game rules. We generally do not accept reports outside of the in-game reporting system. 
  • Exceptions to the In-Game Report Requirement (list is not all-inclusive):
    • Doxxing: If doxxing is occurring in a Town of Salem game please notify us via ModMail immediately, as well as file an in-game report
    • Pregame Lobby in ToS1 only: If a rule break occurs with in a ToS1 pregame lobby you may submit an uncropped (full screen) & unedited screenshot to either the ToS Discord server (through a ModMail ticket), the ToS1 Trial Discord server (ping Trial staff & must include the offender's username in addition to the screenshot) or the ToS1 forums 'Report Players' section.
 

**Please note that if a user is found to be filing purposeful false reports or otherwise abusing the report system they may be given a suspension or ban based on the severity**

We’re sorry to hear you are missing a purchased entitlement. Please reach out to us via Discord through a ModMail ticket or our support email ([email protected]) & provide your in-game account username, the missing item name, which Town of Salem game the item was purchased for, what platform it was purchased on (Epic Games Store, Steam, etc.) & proof of purchase (invoice/receipt with visible transaction ID). We request your patience so please do not try to request a refund or repurchase the item/s while we process your ticket.

We, Digital Bandidos, do not process refund requests. You must submit the refund request on the platform in which you made the purchase (Ex. Steam, Epic Games). If they cannot process your refund, then you are unable to receive one.

Town of Salem 1:

Referral codes can only be applied on the browser version of Town of Salem 1. For premium users referral codes can be found in the "Friend Referrals tab" (indicated by the handshake image). New users are prompted to supply a referral code, if applicable, during the account creation process. Premium users are granted 25 referral codes to give out. If you run out of them there is a button to request more "Request Codes".  Once a new user submits a referral code they are eligible for 5 free games & if they make a premium purchase, then their referrer is eligible for referral rewards (cosmetics).
  • Referral Type 1 (5 Free Games)
    • When a new user applies a referral code during their account creation they are granted 5 free games so they are able to play without having a premium account.  Free users are only able to redeem the 5 free games referral one time per account.
  • Referral Type 2 (Referrer Rewards)
    • If a referred new user makes a purchase on the game, the user that referred them will get a referral reward (cosmetics).
 

**Please note that if a user you refer for 5 free games is found guilty of violating the game rules within those 5 free games to the degree of a permanent ban, your account will also receive a suspension.**

  

Town of Salem 2:

When a user is creating an account, they can input the username of a friend as a referral. A referral needs to upgrade to a premium account by buying a ‘Deed to the Town’ to count as a referral.

In order to login you must be registered. Registering takes only a few moments but gives you increased capabilities. The board administrator may also grant additional permissions to registered users.
